Stressful/Fun week and even though I popped a blood vessel in my eye ball I made it!!! It is crazy how in 3 days your life can change. I received my mission call this past Thursday. What was I expecting? I was expecting to stay in the states somewhere English speaking. I wasn't expecting to go foreign to the coolest mission ever folks! Italy Milan Mission. When I read my call to my family it seemed unreal and then after hugging my dad I realized I had not yet read the language I would be speaking. And right then I started balling, Italian. It has been an emotional week but even though I am scared out of my mind I know that the Lord needs me in Italy. I know my testimony will touch people there and that being there will help me develop myself in so many ways to prepare myself for life!! I love this Gospel. I cannot wait to share the joy that it brings me through the atoning sacrifice of Jesus Christ. Without Him I know that I couldn't be capable of all that I have accomplished.
Time to study Italian, the Gospel even more, get more shots, get a passport, buy more mission clothes, work, and spend soooo much time with my sweet family!
Thank you all for your excitement and support for me serving a mission! I really appreciate all the love I have felt from you friends and family!
Another thing my cute 10 year old brother Trey performed in the Lewis and Clark play this week and he played the role of Lewis. My I just say he is the most precious Lewis in the world! :)
